I’m an avid traveller, food enthusiast and writer, born and brewed in Canada, now living a rather enjoyable life in the West of Scotland. In my role of as information officer I support the work of Scottish Refugee Council by writing and sourcing useful advice and information for people as they go through the asylum process and settle into Scottish society.

My job as comms assistant means I spend a lot of time tweeting, blogging and facebooking. The aim of it all is to raise awareness about issues facing refugees and those seeking asylum in Scotland today. We want as many people on board as possible as we campaign, fundraise and lobby the Scottish Parliament and Westminster.
